This website allows potential customers to read info about the company (a construction and design firm), download a brochure and apply for a quote.
I created a dynamic quote form which adapts its fields depending on choices previously entered in form fields. This quote information then gets sent to Construction House instantly via email for their consideration. Once the website had gone live, Construction House received their first quote using the online quote page the very next day, and continue to recieve many quotes using the system.
